Whatever stage a project is at, we can work with the architect, designer, developer, or builder to create and develop the bathroom concept.
Our in depth market knowledge and design flair allows us to develop designs and specifications to perfectly match the requirements of any type of development, whether it be an urban loft space, traditional executive home or luxury hotel.
We listen to you and discuss all aspects of your project; target market, budget, timescale, and technical specification. Then we will come back to you with a detailed presentation showing the selected sanitary ware and a fully detailed quotation allowing the surveyor to prepare and control budgets from a very early stage.
Dart Bathroom’s specification design team can work with clients to fully develop a specific bathroom concept. We will work alongside developers, architects, design consultants, and contractors to support the bathroom design process.
Once we are agreed on the way forward, we can create a fully fitted concept room so you can really see what the proposed bathroom will look like in your new developments. Some fine-tuning usually follows.
We will work with clients and contractors at the earliest possible stage to plan bathroom layouts, and identify technical requirements in a proposed development. This may include layout, services, water pressure, and waste issues.
To ensure the efficient delivery of items to site, we stock hold your equipment at our warehouses in Devon. We will work with the chosen contractor to support project call-off plans and will endeavour to hold up to two month’s stock at any time, once a project order has been processed.
Deliveries can be made to site or contractor’s premises. All sanitary ware is quality control inspected before loading. Deliveries can be palletized, shrink-wrapped, and marked with room and plot number.
